A property assessment (Scope) will provide you with valuable information about the condition and contents of your property and the evidencing you will need incase of any natural disaster, fire, unexpected life event, death, divorce, burglary or any other surprises down the line.

What does a Property Assessment include?

A full property assessment (Scope) includes a thorough Interior 360 degree 4K digital capture and documentation of all the contents, appliances, art, clothing, furniture, HVAC, fixtures, systems and components of the visible and current conditions of the property.

Then the Exterior capture is digitally documented by camera and drone in 4k video and photos of the property's foundation, roof, electrical, pool cage and equipment, HVAC, docks, trees, landscaping, driveway and all other systems and components associated with the property.

All the documentation will then be securely stored in the cloud and password protected for you to access and add to at any time. We also go the extra mile to educate you on how to add any and all future items you purchase to your property's cloud storage.
